How we ship floor products to you:
  • We ship flooring nationwide utilizing the services of a few select carriers. Your products are fully insured during transit. We pass our discounted freight rates directly on to our customers insuring that you get the lowest rates possible.
Freight Prices: You can get shipping quotation 24 hours a day online
  • Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the order and the distance between the origination and destination locations. Generally, the larger an order is the larger the freight costs will be. However, on larger orders the cost of the shipping relative to the cost of the freight per sq. ft. of materials will be lower. This happens because of invariables in the transportation of your materials such as pick up, delivery and space required. Residential delivery is available at an additional expense of around $50.00 in most areas.
Shipping options:
  • We can ship your freight to anyplace in the world. The cheapest freight is usually shipped to a freight terminal in a major city near your location. Delivery to a terminal or business address with loading dock is the same price in most cases. Shipping to a residential address will add around $50.00 to your freight costs but in many cases is the preferred option simply because of the convenience as well as the shear weight of the products being shipped. This basic shipping Does Not include any additional services. Additional Services including Liftgate, Inside Delivery, Unloading Labor and so on .
What you must do when your order arrives:
  • Inspect the goods thoroughly for damages. In the unlikely event that there are damages make sure that they are noted on the delivery receipt and you are provided a copy. We will not accept freight damage claims without this receipt.
  • You must be home to accept the residential delivery. DO NOT let the driver leave until you have verified the material received is in good condition and exactly the same as you ordered. FloorUS declines any responsibility for quality issues after delivery. And in such cases, you will be required to refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • You will need to help unload the materials from the truck. If you are unable to do so please contact us for a Special Service Quotation. Regulations and liabilities of the freight companies do not permit for special services that are not contracted in advance.
  • Count Everything Twice: When a shipment is received, count everything with our checklist and the bill of lading that will be provided from the trucking company. Make sure the number of boxes has been received. Refer to our checklist when receiving the order.
  • Take your flooring in to the space where it is to be installed to allow for the proper acclimation time.
Insured Delivery - there is a difference:
  • We have a 99.7% damage free delivery rate. In the event of a damaged shipment, FloorUS processes the claim for you. You sign for the damage upon receipt. FloorUS replaces the damaged product, pays to have it reshipped to you, or provides a refund for the damaged product, your choice. You have no out of pocket expense, and nothing more to do. This is an added benefit when you purchase your flooring from FloorUS.

  • Medallions are shipped using FedEx or UPS ground services for the quickest delivery and most affordable rates. We have invested many hours in designing our packaging to assure safe delivery to you.

Order Cancellations or Refunds:

  • All cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all freight charges incurred to you as well as the freight charges for the return of the merchandise.

  • Wood and cork floors are products of nature and natural color variation can be expected.
  • Site images may not be accurate due to the various types and settings of monitors.
  • Samples are available for verification of milling and finish details.

Order Returns:

  • You may return any or all of your order for any reason within 15 days of delivery. You will be responsible for all freight charges incurred to you as well as the freight charges for the return of the merchandise. We can not accept returns on moldings or open cartons of materials. Conditions of Use:

  • FloorUS declines any responsibility for failure or delay to perform all or any part of this agreement due to flood, fire, earthquake, draught, war, customs inspection or any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.

  • It is the responsibility of the installer/owner to determine if the job site sub-floor and job site conditions are environmentally and structurally acceptable for hard wood flooring, bamboo flooring, laminate flooring and granite tile installation. FloorUS declines any responsibility for failure resulting from or connected with sub-floor, subsurface, job site damage or deficiencies after aforesaid floorings have been installed.

Liability:

  • FloorUS and / or manufacturer will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection there with FloorUS and / or manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective provided that such guarantees or replacement are a stated of policy of the manufacturer.
